As Part of the consultation process we will be inviting you the public to the Orangery to select your favourite buildings in Wakefield. Models of twenty-four Wakefield buildings will be on exhibit, and you will be asked to cast your vote by placing coloured stickers on the buildings you would most like to see reproduced in the new sculpture space. Only the thirteen most popular buildings will be selected.

The Boulevard scheme is aimed at creating a vibrant, tree-lined City street between that River Tawe bridges and Princess Way which will make the most of Swansea’s stunning natural location by improving links between the City Centre and its Waterfront.

Beam is to work on behalf of Wakefield Council/East Coast and Network Rail to undertake the management of a public art commission to be situated in the forecourt area of Wakefield Westgate Railway Station to enliven the station, improve the experience of users and travellers, and promote a positive image of the Station and Wakefield, as a gateway to the Yorkshire Sculpture Trail.
